These terms describe the conditions on which i-GarageQ Inc. makes this corporate website available. Please read them before using the website. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or requires consent to optional data processing.
These terms cover this corporate website only. They do not replace a separately signed agreement or constitute terms for a future subscription, repair service, marketplace transaction or automotive platform account. Such services will require their own applicable terms and disclosures.
2. Website information and platform development
The website introduces our company and a platform under development. Product illustrations, dashboards, sample vehicle information and AI examples are demonstrations of intended capabilities unless explicitly identified otherwise. They do not represent a live account, completed diagnosis, confirmed integration, customer result or available commercial service.
Features, specifications, availability and development plans may change. Website statements are informational and do not constitute an offer, service-level commitment, investment solicitation or guarantee of results. A business relationship requires a separate agreement where applicable.
3. Automotive and AI information
Website content is general information, not individualized mechanical, safety, engineering, legal or other professional advice. AI examples can be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace a qualified professional’s judgment, physical inspection, manufacturer instructions or official recall information.

6. Enquiries and information you send
The Contact page opens your email application with an optional subject line. No message is sent until you choose to send it. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, book a repair, create an account or confirm a partnership.
Send only information you have authority to share and that is reasonably needed for the conversation. Do not send confidential trade secrets, payment credentials, sensitive personal information or third-party customer records through an unsolicited enquiry. A confidential business exchange should be arranged separately. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of material you send. We may use it only as reasonably needed to consider and respond to your enquiry, as otherwise agreed, or as permitted by law. These terms do not grant an unrestricted licence to your submissions.

10. Applicable law and disputes
Subject to mandatory laws that apply to you, these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Ontario courts may hear disputes, without excluding another court or tribunal where applicable law gives you that right.
Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This is not a mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver or condition on exercising a statutory right. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
